Service fees, payment terms, milestones, and billing details will be agreed before work begins. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Build Up Biz may pause or delay work if payment is not received as agreed.

Reasonable revisions may be included based on the agreed project scope. Major changes, new requirements, redesigns, additional features, or repeated revisions outside the original scope may require additional fees.

We aim to complete work within agreed timelines. However, delivery may be affected by client response time, third-party tools, technical issues, content delays, approval delays, or changes in project requirements.

Our services may involve third-party tools such as hosting providers, website builders, ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, booking systems, automation platforms, AI tools, email systems, payment processors, or marketing platforms. Build Up Biz is not responsible for issues, downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.

Build Up Biz works to improve business systems, digital presence, marketing performance, automation, and growth opportunities. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, traffic, sales, leads, or business results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Content, designs, strategies, documents, frameworks, graphics, website materials, and service assets created by Build Up Biz remain protected unless ownership transfer is agreed in writing. Clients must not copy, resell, or reuse Build Up Biz materials without permission.

Clients confirm that any content, images, brand assets, account access, product information, or business materials they provide are legally owned by them or authorized for use. Build Up Biz is not responsible for legal issues caused by unauthorized client-provided materials.

We respect client information and aim to keep business details, project information, and access credentials confidential. Clients should also keep Build Up Biz proposals, processes, strategies, pricing, and internal methods confidential unless permission is given.

Build Up Biz is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of revenue, third-party platform issues, technical failures, data loss, or decisions made based on website or consultation information. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service where applicable.

Either party may cancel or terminate a service arrangement according to the agreed terms. Work completed before cancellation may still be payable. Build Up Biz may stop providing services if a client violates these terms, delays payment, provides false information, or misuses our services.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
